Tax Manager

We are partnered with a Top 10 Midwest CPA and business advisory firm experiencing strong growth and seeking a Tax Manager to join their St. Louis team. This firm is known for its collaborative, people-first culture, strong leadership, and commitment to developing its professionals.

What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of tax professionals
• Review complex tax returns and provide technical guidance
• Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact
• Oversee tax compliance, planning, and engagement execution
• Stay current on tax law changes and advise clients accordingly
• Drive process improvements and support adoption of new technologies
• Support business development and identify value-added service opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA required
• 7+ years of public accounting tax experience
• Strong leadership and team management experience
• Expertise in tax preparation, review, and technical research
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Advanced Excel and overall strong technical aptitude
