A well-established CPA firm in the Roseville area is looking to add an experienced Tax Manager to their team. This is a direct-hire, full-time opportunity with a clear path toward long-term growth within the firm.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and reviewing complex tax returns across multiple entity types
• Managing a portfolio of individual and business tax clients
• Mentoring and overseeing junior tax staff
• Utilizing firm tax software and internal tools to process and finalize returns

Requirements

• Active CPA or EA license
• 6+ years of experience in public accounting with a tax focus
• Hands-on experience with 1040s, 1065s, 1120S, and trust returns
• Working knowledge of partnership capital account analysis and S-Corp basis schedules
• Experience with professional tax software (CCH, Lacerte, Drake, or equivalent)

Preferred

• Experience supervising or reviewing the work of junior staff

• Salary: $110K–$130K base
