Tax Manager

We are seeking an analytical and driven Tax Manager to support all aspects of tax compliance, reporting, and planning for a complex consolidated group of over 15 entities. The consolidated Westlake Financial group is Partnership structure, with three subsidiaries designated as C-Corporations.
Reporting directly to the Tax Director, this position will play a key role in managing the day-to-day tax operations, ensuring compliance, improving processes, and utilizing data-driven insights to enhance tax accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, intellectually curious, and highly proficient in SQL and other data query tools — comfortable leveraging technology to support a high-volume, data-rich tax environment.
This role also presents an opportunity to mentor and manage at least one tax staff, with the potential to expand the team as the department continues to demonstrate success. It is an excellent opportunity for a motivated tax professional looking to advance into a leadership position within a fast-growing, technology-forward financial services organization.
