Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

1. Transfer Pricing Compliance & Documentation

  • Assist with preparation and review of transfer pricing documentation (Local Files, benchmarking support, and intercompany agreement support).
  • Support data gathering and coordinate with global stakeholders to enable TP compliance.

2. Financial Analysis & Reconciliations

  • Perform intercompany account analysis and reconciliations (management fees, service charges, cost allocations, and markups).
  • Assist with reviewing trial balances, general ledger data, and financial statements for TP purposes.

3. Reporting & Review Support

  • Support preparation of periodic reports, trackers, and internal summaries for TP reviews.
  • Assist senior team members during internal and external audits by preparing supporting schedules and providing explanations.

4. Stakeholder Coordination

  • Liaise with internal finance, tax, and accounting teams to resolve data gaps or inconsistencies.
  • Support follow-ups and coordination with global teams and external advisors, as required.

5. Process Improvement

  • Assist with improving templates, trackers, and documentation processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Timely, accurate, complete, and reliable reporting
  • Quality and timeliness of reconciliations
  • Effective issue resolution and escalation
  • Stakeholder management (clear updates, follow-ups, and on-time inputs)
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication

Candidate Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Commerce, or a related field

  • CA (Inter) / CMA (Inter) / MBA (Finance) preferred

Experience:

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in transfer pricing, tax, or finance is an added advantage

Other Skills:

  • Strong communication skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS
  • Good understanding of financial statements, with strong analytical skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Experience working with Oracle NetSuite is a plus
