We’re all about working together to realise ambitions. So, our growing Employment Tax and Global Mobility team is comprised of experts who advise clients with every aspect of their employment tax affairs, including UK and international advisory, and compliance services.
From the get-go, you'll work with a wide range of clients, from owner-managed businesses to large multinational organisations. Our clients choose us because we take the time to understand their businesses, so you'll build strong relationships with clients and gain insight into the challenges they face, their goals and the industries they operate in. With responsibility from an early stage, you'll quickly gain exposure to all aspects of the role while developing your technical and commercial knowledge.
The team follows a hybrid approach, with trainees expected to work from the office three days per week. However, trainees should be prepared to attend more regularly when required for training, team activities, or business needs, particularly during the early stages of the programme. Travel to and attendance at client sites when required is also an essential requirement of the position.
In addition to internal and external training, you’ll learn on the job through a range of key responsibilities while supporting senior colleagues with the annual tax compliance cycle. These responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

This role is a three-year training contract, during which time you will study towards the ATT and CTA qualifications.

Our Tax Graduate Programme welcomes applicants from all degree backgrounds - whether you're a recent university graduate, changing careers, or returning to work. While recent changes have been made to Level 7 apprenticeship funding, there are no upper age limits for joining any of our programmes.
