Job Description

• Responsible for preparing and issuing VAT in a timely and accurate manner to the operations team and in accordance with applicable tax regulations.
• Responsible for the next steps after creating a monthly Tax Invoice by reconciling output VAT and input VAT as part of the monthly VAT reporting process accurately and on time and in accordance with applicable tax provisions
• Provide responsibility to be able to handle the comprehensive processing of monthly integrated tax deductions (WHT), starting from data extraction through Staffinc Metabase to preparation of tax deduction slips and submission of tax returns.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or related field.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in tax administration, especially VAT invoicing or fresh graduated.
• Familiar with coretax system and VAT regulations.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.
• Able to work under tight deadlines and handle high transaction volumes.
• Good communication skills for cross-functional coordination
