Tax Filing SeniorDeliveryAnalyst
Job Description
Oversee daily administration of tax filings for assigned legal entities including distributions of tax remittances according to taxjurisdictionguidelines.Manage client delivery across Tax filing Shared Servicesand work to mitigateescalationsRespond to Client and ClientTeaminquiries.
AsTax Filing Senior Analyst dutiesinclude, but are not limited to, the following:
First point ofcontactin Tax Filingforclients and client teams
Liaison with Client and Payroll Client teams - for items including but not limited to – (1) coordination of amended returns for W-2Cs, (2) for questions on notices that need research from Payroll, (3) Payroll schedule and calendar, (4) interface file submission
Facilitate client meetings
Educate clients and provide subject matterexpertisefor payroll tax filing
Mentorand supportcolleagues
Manage Tax Filing suppliers, asappropriate, to supportaccurateandtimelydelivery.
Approve checklists – work checklist queue
Coordinate testing for updated interfaces
Variance analysis control point when issue needs escalation or analysis
Review EFT setup to make sure all deposits set up for EFT payment where possible
Monitorand communicate“Applied for” statusesto the client.
Communicate penalty and interest report toclients
Respondtimelyto inquiries from Client/Payroll teams – represent TFSS in meetings
Support and providetimelyresearch on compliance and regulatory issues Escalateswhenadditionalsupport isneeded
Monitor metrics andbe responsible foridentification of process or other issues and provide suggested resolution to management
Recognize need for process improvement and communicate to management; Support any process improvements/changes
Coordinate and/or provide needed training for new associates or processes
Respond to client communications and escalate to Operations Service Manager when needed
Meet periodically with Operation Services Manager and report metrics and anydeliveryissues
Supportimplementation of new clients
Support and overseedeliveryoperations, including Tax Filing suppliers.
Compile,reportand analyze metrics
Ability to problem solve and using tax knowledge and experience
Education and Experience
High School Diploma and 4 years' experience in tax filing
Demonstrated strong verbal & written communication skillsrequired
3+ Years of Payroll Tax Filing experience
3+Yearsclientinteractionandmanagement
Proficient inExcel,ie.pivot tables,vlook-ups, macro development,etc

Salary Pay Range
Minimum - Maximum:
$61,950.00 - $115,050.00
