About the Role

We are looking for a competent Tax Executive to manage day-to-day tax compliance and advisory work for a portfolio of clients. The candidate must have solid hands-on experience with RAMIS and a strong grasp of Sri Lanka's tax legislation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and file income tax, VAT, SVAT, WHT, and APIT/PAYE returns via RAMIS.
• Manage client TIN registrations, portal onboarding, and submission tracking on RAMIS.
• Handle IRD correspondence, respond to assessments, and support audit queries.
• Assist with tax planning, due diligence, and advisory memos for clients.
• Maintain compliance calendars and ensure all filing deadlines are met.
• Liaise with audit teams on tax provisions and financial statement disclosures.

Requirements

• Part-qualified or finalist in ICASL, ACCA, or CIMA.
• 2 years of tax/audit experience in a professional services firm.
• Proven working knowledge of RAMIS for filing and compliance management.
• Sound understanding of the Inland Revenue Act, VAT Act, and related legislation.
• Exposure to IRD audit defence and objection filing is an advantage.
