Education: Higher education.
Work Experience: Professional experience in finance/accounting of at least 3 years.
Knowledge and Skills:
Languages: Uzbek, Russian, and English are mandatory; Turkish is considered an advantage.
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Internet, Outlook.
