  • Partner with legal, finance, and external advisors to structure tax-efficient transactions
  • Oversee global transfer pricing processes
  • Manage foreign tax audits and related activities
  • Advise business units and programs on tax implications at both program and enterprise levels
  • Support the setup of new international entities and ongoing tax compliance processes
  • Conduct technical research on U.S. and international tax matters and document conclusions
  • Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess business impact
  • Support a range of ad hoc tax projects and strategic initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Tax, or a related field with 15+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong experience in corporate tax within a public accounting firm or multinational organization
  • Deep knowledge of U.S. tax principles and corporate tax compliance
  • Experience supporting M&A transactions and international tax matters
  • Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and financial data
  • Ability to research and clearly document complex tax positions
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Effective communicator who can collaborate across functions and influence decisions
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
  • Comfortable operating in a global organization across multiple time zones
  • US citizenship is required and able to obtain security clearance as needed
