In particolare, entrando a far parte del Team Financial Tax della sede di Milano, ti occuperai di:

• Analisi delle problematiche inerenti l’imposizione diretta domestica e consulenza continuativa a società di capitali operanti in ambito bancario, finanziario e/o assicurativo;
• Pareristica relativa a questioni di fiscalità internazionale (CFC, Black List, Permanent Establishment, Withholding tax, etc);
• Analisi del trattamento fiscale di operazioni di gestione straordinaria (fusioni, scissioni, conferimenti, etc);
• Tax due diligence;
• Tax compliance;
• Trattamento IVA delle operazioni finanziarie;
• Tassazione delle rendite finanziarie.

Come As You Are - Le tue competenze e caratteristiche

Questa opportunità è perfetta per te se hai:

• Esperienza professionale di 0-3 anni presso primari studi nazionali o internazionali e/o società di consulenza;
• Laurea magistrale in Economia o Giurisprudenza con voto di laurea superiore a 100/110;
• Pratica avviata o abilitazione all’esercizio di Dottore Commercialista o Avvocato;
• Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
• Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office;
• Ottime capacità relazionali e di team working;
• Flessibilità e dinamicità.

Do Work That Matters – Your Role and Responsibilities

Are you looking for meaningful and impactful work? At KPMG, you’ll have the opportunity to support clients, society, and your colleagues in tackling today’s most relevant and complex challenges. The professionals of KPMG Studio Associato operate across all major areas of taxation and corporate law, offering integrated and innovative services.

In particular, by joining the Financial Tax Team at the Milan office, you will be involved in:

• Analyzing issues related to domestic direct taxation and providing ongoing advisory services to corporations operating in the banking, financial, and/or insurance sectors
• Drafting tax opinions on international tax matters (CFC rules, Black List, Permanent Establishment, Withholding Tax, etc.)
• Analyzing the tax treatment of extraordinary transactions (mergers, demergers, contributions, etc.)
• Conducting tax due diligence
• Handling tax compliance activities
• Assessing VAT treatment of financial transactions
• Managing the taxation of financial income

Come As You Are – Your Skills and Profile

This opportunity is perfect for you if:

• You have at least 1 year of professional experience at leading national or international law firms and/or consulting companies
• You hold a Master’s degree in Economics (LM 77/56) or Law with a final grade of at least 100/110
• You are either a certified Chartered Accountant/Lawyer or intend to begin the professional training
• You have a good command of English, ideally supported by study and/or work experiences abroad
• You have a good working knowledge of Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• You possess strong interpersonal and teamworking skills
