Job Description

Melaksanakan seluruh proses transaksi pajak yang terjadi di HO & Cabang terkait dengan proses administrasi penjualan, pembelian barang dan jasa, Pelaporan pajak Bulanan, Equalisasi penjualan dan pendapatan lainnya, Equalisasi Objek dan Non Objek Pajak Penghasilan serta monitoring kelengkapan Kredit Pajak atas penjualan ke Pemerintah maupun pembelian obat Ethical dari Principal, Nota Retur Pajak dan mendukung proses restitusi pajak.

  1. Memastikan Penyetoran PPN & PPH tepat waktu sesuai peraturan perpajakan.
  2. Memastikan pelaporan laporan PPN tepat waktu sesuai peraturan perpajakan.
  3. Memastikan Kelengkapan Administrasi and File dokumen Perpajakan seperti pajak masukan, Nota Retur
  4. Memastikan update atas peraturan pajak terbaru dan implikasi nya terhadap operasional Cabang, HO, dan pihak relasi, serta berdiskusi terkait langkah yang harus dilakukan oleh perusahaan (Kasus).
  5. Membantu kelengkapan korespondensi dengan Kantor Pajak.
  6. Memastikan proses transaksi Tax dengan baik dan sesuai dengan ketentuan dan kriteria yang ditetapkan
  7. Memastikan hubungan dengan steakholder berjalan dengan baik.
  8. Memastikan ekualisasi dan rekonsiliasi penjualan atas pelaporan Pajak Pertambahan Nilai
  9. Analisa terkait dengan posisi Lebih Bayar atau Kurang Bayar pada SPM (Surat Pemberitahuan Masa Pajak Pertambahan Nilai / SPM PPN)
  10. Experience - tenure & position & field: 3 – 4 Tahun, Tax Staff
  11. Language & fluency (active/passive): English, Bahasa Indonesia
