We are seeking a highly motivated Transactional Tax Associate Attorney to join our dynamic Tax Practice Group. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated transactional tax matters with a focus on leveraged finance and capital markets transactions. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess exceptional analytical skills, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This position has a base salary range of:
$250,000-$450,000/per year.

• Provide strategic tax advice on a broad range of domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and private equity transactions.
• Structure and analyze the tax implications of leveraged finance and capital markets transactions, including debt and equity offerings.
• Advise clients on the tax aspects of corporate reorganizations, spin-offs, and divestitures.
• Work with clients to optimize tax efficiencies in complex transactional structures while addressing business constraints. Collaborate with other practice groups to deliver seamless, multidisciplinary support on high-value transactions. Draft and negotiate tax-related provisions in transactional documents.
• Conduct legal research and provide opinions on complex tax issues, including those requiring IRS guidance.
