Our award-winning client is seeking a Tax Associate to join their team. We are a well-established New York CPA firm seeking a motivated Tax Associate to join our growing Tax Practice. In this role, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients by preparing accurate and timely tax returns, while collaborating with a supportive team. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review a variety of tax returns, including corporate, partnership, estate, and individual filings.

• Assist clients with tax planning strategies to minimize their tax burden.

• Conduct thorough tax research to ensure compliance with current regulations.

• Prepare multistate income allocations for businesses and individuals.

• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient project completion.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (CPA a plus).

• 2+ years of experience in tax preparation for businesses or individuals.

• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and computer skills (proficiency in Excel a plus).

• Experience with tax preparation software.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
