Job Description

Kredivo is looking for a Tax Assistant Manager that will be responsible for all aspects of taxation and statutory reporting and compliance. Ensure processes including recording and recognition of transactions are in accordance with local tax rules and IFRS.

About the Job :

• To address and solve any tax issue related to finance operation such as merchant daily transaction, new onboarding of merchant, reviewing agreement of merchant related to tax
• To review reconciliation and equalization of VAT/income taxes and equalization of Tax base/DPP between commercial and fiscal prepared by tax personnel
• To review and approve Monthly Income Tax Payment and Return of article 23/26, 4(2), VAT and 21 (if needed)
• To review DGT form submitted by Lenders/Foreign Vendors up to creation of E-SKD in DJP Online and Coretax
• To prepare and review Corporate Income Tax return, fiscal reconciliation, monitor Debt to Equity Ratio, Nominative List of Promotion/Receivable Write-off or any tax exposure need to be monitored
• To review, record and reconcile prepaid tax received from counterparty
• To file and submit CBCR notification
• To file and submit PBK
• To handle SP2DK, tax audit, objection and file to Tax Court (if needed)
• Supervise and ensure accurate and timely tax payment and tax filing
• Liaise with tax consultant in providing documents and explanations to tax auditor
• Liaise and maintain good relationship with tax authorities
• Identify and mitigate tax risks by improving processes and implementing best practices
• Responsible for providing regular tax reports and updates to Tax Manager

About You :

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Taxation.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as Assistant Manager level or more than 4 years of experience as Senior level, in Financial Services industry or E-commerce
• Candidate has proven record handling tax audits, objection, law suit would be preferred
• Candidate has "can do" and "problem solver" attitude
• Candidate has intermediate knowledge related to Indonesian FRS, tax (income taxes, corporate income tax calculation), finance instrument
• Candidate has Tax Certification (Brevet A & B); USKP A and Brevet C is a plus
