The primary role of the Tax and Finance Analyst is to ensure the company tax and financial accounting and reporting are compliance with the local financial reporting standards and regulations.
• To ensure quality and integrity of the financial statements in accordance with IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standard) under the Advantest Group reporting and the local statutory reporting requirement.
• To prepare and file local financial statements, tax returns and other local statutory reports on a timely basis.
• To prepare regional budget on semi-annually, keep track the monthly actual vs budget and analyse the variance.
• To prepare analysis of tax related matter and support tax audits.
• To prepare financial analysis and support local statutory audits.
• To perform monthly account reconciliation
• To enhance the company tax compliance by providing training, advice, and identifying and implementing process improvement.
• Manage communication related to tax risks on business transactions and collaborate with internal teams to assist business transactions and provide assistant to global accounting team.
• Manage regional GL support activities.
• Participate in other projects and complete ad-hoc assignments as assigned.
