About the Role

We are looking for a Tax Analyst / Tax Specialist to support tax compliance, reporting, reconciliation, and operational tax activities within a shared services or global finance environment.

The role will work closely with regional and global finance stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate tax processing, reporting, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Support preparation and filing of tax reports and tax-related documentation
• 
  Assist in direct and indirect tax compliance activities
• 
  Perform tax reconciliations and analysis
• 
  Support VAT/GST/WHT reporting and related filings
• 
  Ensure timely submission of tax requirements and regulatory documentation
• 
  Coordinate with internal finance teams and external stakeholders regarding tax matters
• 
  Assist in tax audits and compliance reviews
• 
  Support month-end and year-end tax activities
• 
  Maintain accurate tax records and documentation
• 
  Participate in process improvement and standardization initiatives

Preferred Background

• 
  Experience in Tax Operations, Tax Compliance, or Finance Shared Services
• 
  Exposure to:
  • 
    Corporate Tax
  • 
    VAT / GST
  • 
    Withholding Tax
  • 
    Tax Reporting
  • 
    Tax Reconciliation
• 
  Shared Services / Global Business Services / BPO Finance exposure preferred
• 
  Experience supporting regional or global markets is an advantage
• 
  ERP system exposure preferred:
  • 
    SAP
  • 
    Oracle
  • 
    Workday
  • 
    Hyperion

Qualifications

• 
  Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
• 
  CPA is preferred but not always required
• 
  Relevant experience in Tax, RTR, or Finance Operations
• 
  Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
• 
  Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• 
  Experience working in high-volume or fast-paced finance environments
