We are hiring Tax Analyst!
For our Manufacturing facility at Apodaca
We’re looking for an experienced Tax Analyst to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring full tax compliance for the site, preparing and reviewing all required tax filings, supporting VAT recovery processes, and providing accurate, timely tax information to both corporate and local authorities.
Responsibilities:
•Apply tax compliance knowledge and accounting principles to prepare and review all tax reports required by corporate and Mexican tax authorities.
•Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local tax regulations.
•Prepare tax returns, payments, reports, and supporting documentation accurately and on time.
•Respond to all requirements and requests from Mexican tax authorities (SAT and local).
•Support VAT recovery submissions, including compiling invoices, purchase documents, and all supporting evidence for refund processes.
•Help streamline tax planning and contribute to improved process efficiency.
•Assess and research complex tax issues to identify compliant and effective solutions.
•Manage and maintain the company’s tax database and tax documentation.
•Identify tax savings opportunities and recommend strategies to improve company profitability.
•Provide support and guidance during internal and external tax audits.
•Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and tax updates to ensure ongoing compliance.
•Prepare accurate quarterly and annual tax reports.
•Prepare and submit VAT Certification and APA (Advance Pricing Agreement) for Maquila operations
Profile:
•Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting or related field.
•Proven knowledge of Mexican tax compliance, tax accounting, and VAT refund processes.
•Experience working in SAP or similar ERP environments.
•Experience in tax reporting for manufacturing or multinational companies
•Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and high attention to detail.
•Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
•Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain constant interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
•English 100% proficiency, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
•Candidates must demonstrate discipline, transparency, professionalism, and a results-oriented mindset.
