Accounting Compliance & Reporting ACR (Suva Office) Manager

The opportunity

Your key responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of clients principally delivering Financial Statements with an Income tax Return with other compliance deliverables
• Managing and coaching staff to assist with the above
• Reporting to the Partner on client and staff matters ensuring excellence in service

Ideally, you’ll also have the skills and attributes below but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes. We’re interested in your aptitude, attitude and willingness to learn.

• Proficiency in MYOB or Xerox
• Knowledge if IFRS for SMEs
• Ability to use the FRCS TPOS system
• Ability to review, manage people and communicate effectively and clearly
• A self starter who is highly organized and focused with a balanced approach to work and people
