Tax Accountant / Tax Senior | Downtown Long Beach (Hybrid)

We're currently partnered with a growing boutique CPA firm in Downtown Long Beach that is looking to add a Tax Accountant or Tax Senior to their team.

What you'll be doing:

• Preparing and reviewing tax returns for individuals and closely held businesses
• Supporting tax planning and advisory projects
• Working directly with clients and building long-term relationships
• Collaborating with a small, experienced team on a variety of engagements
• Continuing to build technical skills across different areas of tax

What they're looking for:

• 2–5 years of public accounting tax experience
• Strong foundation in individual and business tax returns
• CPA not required, but ideally on track (studying or eligible)
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Motivated, growth-oriented mindset

Compensation:

$60,000 – $100,000 base (depending on experience) + bonus potential
