More about this role
In our Marketing team, you'll be at the forefront of understanding consumer needs and bringing our brands to life. As an intern, you'll play a significant role in helping our brands stay relevant and inspiring by supporting the development and execution of strategic brand plans. You'll gain hands-on experience in different areas of brand management, support multiple kinds of projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the future of some of the world’s most loved brands.
This is a full-time role, based in Ukraine, Kyiv for temporary duration, starting preferably in June.
What extra ingredients you will bring:
Assist in developing and implementing strategies and marketing plans to meet ambitious business goals
Support Brand Managers in creating the marketing mix and launching new campaigns, product innovations or packaging designs, implementing customer-tailored projects
Conduct market and competitor analysis, drawing actionable insights for business challenges
Take active participation in different projects, working with cross-functional teams and external partners (e.g. creative agencies)
Support day-to-day business operations
Job specific requirements: Preferred experience and skills
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, preferably in the 3d year of studies or higher.
Previous internship experience in consumer marketing or a related field is a plus; sales experience is also valued
A creative and open-minded team player
Strong data proficiency, analytical and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with ambiguity
Passion for new knowledge and attention to details
Microsoft Office confident user, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
Strong level of English
