You’ll get to work across our finance functions in a series of 2-3 rotations designed to give you breadth and depth of knowledge, exposure to industry experts and develop a whole host of skills. Responsible for supporting plant controlling activities related to Manufacturing conversion costing, budgeting, actual reporting and key performance tracking. The primary focus of this position is to support the Plant controller and understand the overall performance of the Bratislava plant, to obtain full plant specific knowledge and act as first point of contact for ad hoc plant analysis, in addition to continuous improvement activities related to plant productivity for the cluster of plants.

  • Performing financial planning, reporting and operational metrics tracking for Mondelēz Supply Chain (manufacturing, procurement, logistic, product costing); including forecasting, annual target development, monthly variance analysis & monthly cost reviews.

  • Analyzing financial data and creating financial models to support decision making and enabling delivery of the targets, cost structure optimization and margins improvement.

  • Working closely with finance teams across Europe to ensure correct data interpretation and reporting.

  • Identifying and driving process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, incl. Excel, Power BI, Tableau.

  • Executing ad-hoc analysis to support specific objectives.

  • Contributing to a high-performing Finance team; you and your manager will also focus on your own personal development and the development of your peers.

Who are we looking for?

  • Advanced level of MS Excel

  • Fluency in English

  • High level of accuracy and attention to details

  • Drive for results

  • Track record in strong analytical skills

  • Experience in ERP based business tools – SAP, BI, Web Intelligence would be an advantage

Education / Certifications:

  • University education in Business Administration or Finance

  • Being qualified or actively studying towards an appropriate qualification: CICM/ACCA/CIMA is a plus
