As a Trade Marketing/Category Planning Intern you will...
Be responsible for implementing Brand’s strategy & key commercial programs, working in close relation with Sales & Marketing teams.
Be the key contact for both teams proving solid insights & feedback on commercial strategy implementation, with focus on assortment and promotion.
Be working on iconic brands such as Philadelphia and Sottilette or Milka and Toblerone
Assess brands performance according to key programs and customers role
Monitor implementation of promotional guidelines and promo-efficacy
Define listing strategy for new products and track distribution development on key customers
Support the launch of new products in the market, tracking distribution development on key customers (vs Define listing strategy for new products and track distribution development on key customers)
Define quarterly priorities and align Sales teams accordingly
Be involved both in Retail Channel and Instant Consumption strategies

You are pursuing a Degree in Economics (3+2)
You have a Previous Internship experience in commercial functions is valuable.
You are able to manage complexity multiple and diverse projects
You are proactive and able to work with good level of autonomy
You are a fast learner with good interpersonal skills
You are fluent Italian and have a very good English level
