Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Oversee all activities related to sensory panels and ensure smooth execution of sensory evaluations.
• Ensure the lab is organized, equipped, and compliant with safety and quality standards.
• Accurately prepare and label samples for sensory trials according to established protocols.
• Facilitate and monitor sensory evaluations, ensuring consistency and reliability of results.
• Gather data from panellists during trials using appropriate tools and methodologies.
• Perform data analysis to interpret findings and generate actionable insights.
• Prepare clear reports and maintain records of sensory activities for internal and external stakeholders.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Degree in Chemical, Science or any other relevant discipline
• Familiarity with food safety and laboratory protocols.
• Knowledge of sensory evaluation techniques and statistical analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis tools
• Comfortable with handling non-halal materials, if required.
