Responsible for planning and coordinating manufacturing production schedules and workflows to meet customer demand, optimise service levels, and improve supply chain performance across Europe and the US. The role focuses on production planning, SAP-driven analysis, and continuous improvement of OTIF (On-Time In-Full), backorder management, and product availability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and prepare manufacturing production schedules, workflows, sequences, and lead times to meet customer demand and shipping targets
  • Monitor and adjust production plans, expediting delays and responding to unforeseen conditions
  • Analyse plant capacity, production data, and requisitions to optimise manufacturing processes and resource allocation
  • Support OTIF and backorder analysis for Europe and US, driving improvements in availability and service levels
  • Manage and optimise SAP workflows, MRP data, and master data settings to ensure planning accuracy and efficiency
  • Produce, manage, and analyse strategic (DMD, MRP, CPI, Default Plant Shipment) and tactical (Old Objects, Open PO) reports
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions with Supply Chain stakeholders
  • Support product transfers (e.g. CZ assembly, bought-in products) and ensure smooth operational transitions from the Lovosice site
  • Identify and drive supply chain optimisation opportunities, including intercompany and 3PA product flows
  • Support planning projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Knowledge & Skills

  • Experience in production planning, supply chain, or manufacturing operations
  • Strong SAP expertise (MRP, master data, workflows, planning tools)
  • Advanced analytical and reporting skills with ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Experience with OTIF, backorder management, and service level optimisation
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and corrective action planning
  • Understanding of capacity planning, manufacturing processes, and supply chain flows
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and across regions (Europe & US)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills within a planning environment
  • Continuous improvement mindset with focus on optimisation and efficiency
