The Airborne Mission Solutions Division within Leidos is seeking a dedicated Taskflow Manager to work in the Air Force Cryptologic Office, Cyber Forces Division (AFCO-CF). This position is located on Lackland AFB, TX and is part of a large program supporting Air Combat Command’s (ACC) Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) mission Enterprise. Primary Responsibilities

This challenging and high-tempo position requires the candidate to perform a variety of complex and senior executive level administrative duties with minimal supervision. The candidate must be able to discern applicability of all tasks to/from their customers and should be prepared to act on their customer’s behalf regarding suspense of tasks from higher headquarters. This candidate will be required to staff actions using the AF FORM 1768, Electronic Staff Summary Sheet (E-SSS) and other applicable 16th AF & Air Force Cryptologic Office (AFCO) templates for their customers. The candidate must be proficient in proofing all correspondence from the Directorate to subordinate organizations and strict adherence to customer requirements and attention-to-detail are critical requirements for this position. This candidate will be required to collaborate with other directorates within 16AF Headquarters as well as subordinate Wings to ensure quality and timeliness of completed tasks. The candidate is expected to be proficient in all aspects of the Microsoft Suite across three different systems (NIPR, SIPR and JWICS) and will leverage Microsoft Outlook to execute tasks. The candidate will leverage networking and resources to accomplish objectives effectively, participate in or lead team initiatives, as needed, and take initiative to improve operations and office best practices within established guidelines. This candidate will assist the AFCO/CF customer in scheduling conference rooms for training and maintain all SharePoint calendars and Recall Rosters.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Current DoD TS/SCI Clearance.

  • Experience with computer software, including the Microsoft Office Suite, and SharePoint

  • 6+ years of specialized administrative support experience (4 years of which are in an increasingly responsible nature at a senior level as an Executive Assistant, Executive Officer or Commander’s Action Group (CAG)

  • Bachelor’s degree (experience may be considered in lieu of degree).

  • Previous experience working with/for General Officers, their Civilian equivalents and subordinate Field Grade Officers/Civilians

  • Must possess excellent communications skills to critically review, independently edit, format and synthesize various types of input (verbal, notes, emails, drafts) into a cohesive document or correspondence in accordance with the Air Force Tongue and Quill and other format policies, including military technical documents such as point papers, policies, and messages

  • Experience creating, facilitating and controlling workflow processes of confidential and sensitive information

  • Excellent written and oral skills are critical components of this position

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with the Air Force Cryptologic Office, US Air Force, consulting in a Dept. of Defense environment and/or the Intelligence Community

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Prior experience in Air Force AFS 1N2, 1N3, 1N4, 1A8 a plus

  • Ability to obtain a polygraph if required

Pay Range:

Pay Range $69,550.00 - $125,725.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
