The TAS Operational Excellence Analyst is a critical role within the Talent Acquisition Services Team, responsible for ensuring the quality, timeliness, and continuous improvement of TAS processes. The role is designed around proactive monitoring, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration to uphold service standards and support the overall performance of TAS coordinators and teams.
This role serves as the operational performance compliance analyst for TAS — identifying risks before they escalate, owning reporting and performance visibility, and stepping in as a flexible resource when demand spikes across different TAS teams.
Serve as the primary control point for TAS process compliance and SLA adherence through proactive, real-time monitoring:
Own and manage all reporting functions relevant to TAS operations:
Own the data management process for the TAS Coordinator Scorecard:
Serve as a flexible resource to maintain service continuity during periods of elevated work volume:
Provide operational oversight and coordination for projects within TAS:
In this role, success is defined by the ability to keep TAS operations running smoothly and proactively — catching issues before they become problems, keeping performance data accurate and timely, and enabling the broader TAS team with the insights they need to continuously improve.
Focus Area - Key Outcome
Preventive Audits - Zero undetected SLA breaches; escalations are flagged before they occur
Reporting & Insights - Stakeholders have timely, accurate, and decision-ready data
Scorecard Management - Scorecards released on time with verified accuracy
Backup Support - TAS teams maintain service levels during volume spikes
Project Oversight - Projects tracked and milestones met with minimal slippage
