At The Crown Estate, our purpose is to create lasting and shared value for the nation. As part of an ambitious Finance Transformation programme, we are seeking a highly experienced Target Operating Model (TOM) Lead to design and deliver the future operating model for our Finance function.
This is a unique opportunity to influence how Finance operates in the future, ensuring our structure, capabilities, governance and service delivery models are fit for tomorrow's challenges. You will play a key role in transforming the function, driving organisational effectiveness and enabling colleagues to thrive in a modern, digitally enabled environment.
The Target Operating Model Lead will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of a new Finance Target Operating Model.
Working closely with a third-party consulting partner, HR, Finance leaders and key stakeholders across the business, you will ensure the future model addresses current challenges, strengthens organisational capability and delivers a more effective and efficient way of working.
Following the design phase, you will lead the implementation of the approved model, overseeing people transitions, governance structures, service frameworks and performance management mechanisms to ensure successful adoption and long-term sustainability.
As the strategic lead for the TOM workstream, you will drive both the design and delivery of the future Finance organisation.
You will play a critical role in ensuring the new operating model not only delivers organisational efficiency but also creates an environment where people can perform at their best and successfully support the future ambitions of The Crown Estate.
We're looking for a strategic leader with experience designing and delivering large-scale Target Operating Models who can balance long-term vision with effective execution.
