CHEP helps move more goods to more people, in more places than any other organization on earth via our 347 million pallets, crates and containers. We employ approximately 13,000 people and operate in 60 countries. Through our pioneering and sustainable share-and-reuse business model, the world’s biggest brands trust us to help them transport their goods more efficiently, safely and with less environmental impact.
What does that mean for you? You’ll join an international organization big enough to take you anywhere, and small enough to get you there sooner. You’ll help change how goods get to market and contribute to global sustainability. You’ll be empowered to bring your authentic self to work and be surrounded by diverse and driven professionals. And you can maximize your work-life balance and flexibility through our Hybrid Work Model
You'll be responsible for planning, designing, and delivering the Target Business Model (TBM) within the Serialisation+ (S+) business transformation program, reporting to the S+ Business Transformation Lead, who holds overall end-to-end accountability.
The role focuses on the operational delivery and evolution of the TBM, ensuring that the foundations established in Chile are consolidated, embedded into the business, and developed into scalable, repeatable approaches that can be applied in other markets.
You'll design how the business should operate across processes, roles, decision rights, governance, and ways of working. Working closely with business teams, it translates strategic direction into clear operating model designs, assesses design options, and supports teams in resolving practical trade-offs during implementation.
Success in the role means providing structure and clarity in complex situations, enabling alignment around well designed solutions, and ensuring that TBM designs deliver measurable improvements in business performance and customer experience.
Key deliverables include a documented TBM playbook and operating model framework (principles, standards, decision logic, and market replication approach), built upon Chile learnings, with clear, tangible outputs that capture the design, rationale, and implementation guidance for scale.
