About you

We’re looking for graduates who:

• Are in their final year of study or graduated within the past 24 months

• Interested or plan to become a Chartered Accountant (CA ANZ or CPA pathway)

• Have the right to work in New Zealand

• Ideally have part-time work experience, volunteer experience or involvement in extracurricular activities

• Bring initiative, adaptability and strong analytical skills. Graduates who can embrace technology, think critically and communicate effectively will thrive as accountants

How to apply

Our process has five stages:

1. Submit your online application (CV, cover letter, academic transcript and passport/visa copy)

2. Take part in an informal phone interview

3. Attend the first in-person interview (or virtual if required)

4. Complete an online psychometric assessment (we’ll support you if needed)

5. Attend the final in-person interview, complete a case study exercise and meet some of the team over coffee
