Overview

JST is currently seeking a TAP Functional Lead/Business Analyst/PM to support our team.

This is a full-time remote position. JST offers a full benefit package, a collaborative work environment and strong company culture. Veterans and military spouses are encouraged to apply. This is a 7-month period of performance with potential for extension.

TAP Functional Lead/Business Analyst/PM Responsibilities

• Work with the customer to pin down business rules they have not written down yet, including how a member gets assigned to a preparedness tier and what their self assessment should ask.
• Run backlog grooming and priority conversations with government stakeholders.
• Validate each increment against the requirements.
• Facilitate sprint ceremonies and government demonstrations.
• Owns the requirements and is the main day to day contact with the government customer.
• Takes Transition Assistance Program policy and the customer's own business process and turns it into something the team can build.
• Confirms that what we deliver each increment is what was actually asked for.

TAP Functional Lead/Business Analyst/PM Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 8+ years of relevant experience
• CBAP or IIBA-CCBA. Certified ScrumMaster preferred
• Military transition, Airman and Family Readiness Center, or military HR background preferred

Required Clearances and Screenings

• MUST be able to pass a US Government background check
