We are the UK’s largest end to end drainage solution provider with depots strategically located across the UK from Aberdeen to Plymouth, to ensure round the clock coverage for customers and clients alike.

This role is responsible for managing framework agreements, ensuring regulatory compliance, driving operational performance, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage tanker service frameworks and contractual obligations.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to support business growth.
  • Monitor operational performance, compliance, and service delivery standards.
  • Coordinate with operational teams to optimise resource utilisation and efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and framework expansion.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience within the drainage, wastewater, or tanker services sector.
  • Strong understanding of framework and contract management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Commercial awareness with a focus on customer service and operational excellence.
  • Full UK driving licence.
