Wilhelmsen Ships Service (WSS) is looking for a Tank & Hold Cleaning Specialist
Location: Houston (US) | Type: Full-time, Office Based
The Tank & Hold Cleaning Specialist will provide excellent customer service and handle the requests for Cargo Hold / Tank Cleaning professionally to ensure our products are delivered on time. You will play a vital role in driving the growth of sales and improving the profitability of our products. You shall contribute to the Technical Sales & Business Development Manager’s team by sharing technical knowledge and know how to better understand how the use of the product creates value for customers and key selling points.
You will ensure customers receive a fast response time, global product availability, technical support and a high level of customer service. A key aspect of this role will be to discover new customer opportunities and drive collaboration with the Cargo Solutions team to ensure customer success, customer contracts and customer service effectively and in accordance with business needs. This role is expected to evolve and develop as the organization moves forward, and the effect of the position is seen.
