Tank Fitter Packer
Location: Onsite - Brownwood, TX We are looking to fill a Tank Fitter Packr position in our Vitreous Department. This Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities Assembles float and flush valves to tank. Constructs carton for packing. Packs and marks carton for shipment. Palletizes ware properly. Removes defective units as instructed. Reseals cartons as required Practice and follow all required safety regulations. Perform all duties as assigned by supervision. Here’s the qualifications we are looking for: Key Qualifications Must be able to work in the US without restrictions or sponsorship. Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes. Must be at least 18 years old. Preferred Qualifications Must also have good attention to detail and able to detect out of tolerance condition must be able to work in a team environment. Lift up to 50 pounds as required for assembly of units and components Three (3) years of warehouse experience and two (2) years of fork truck experience required Must have the ability to work safely in repetitive manufacturing conditions Must have working knowledge of valve assemblies, tanks and packing procedures. Must be able to distinguish between shades of color.
Competitive Compensation: Starting at
$21.00 per hour, with an additional $1.00 per hour for night
shifts.
Shift Needed: 4:00 pm - 2:30 am Sunday - Wednesday.
