Job Description

The Co-op Refinery Complex (CRC) is hiring two Tank Car Loader Helpers – 24 Hour on a permanent full time basis on our Process Operations team. This position requires on site work and is located in Regina, SK

Shift: 37 1/3 hrs over 9-week cycle consisting of 4 days of 12 hrs starting at 6am, followed by 5 consecutive days off.

Our Co-op Refinery Complex processes up to 130,000 barrels of crude oil every day, distributing up to 17 million liters of fuel every day to Co-op Gas bars and Cardlocks throughout Western Canada. What you’ll do:

  • Perform all duties associated with the loading of petroleum products. Such as gasoline, diesel asphalt, slurry, gas oil, propane, butane, sulphur, and other related commodities from general direction provided by the Supervisor.
  • Performs housekeeping duties as required.
  • Ensures loading activities are carried out in a safe and efficient manner relative to Dangerous Goods Regulations, safety rules, and applicable loading procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Production, Trades and Maintenance and:

  • Have a good mechanical aptitude, an understanding of tank car loading operations, and the physical ability to carry out the duties is required.
  • Have a Grade 12 diploma
  • Have a valid driver’s license.
