To administer the day-to-day operations of the restaurant outlet in such a manner as to maximize revenues and minimize costs with particular attention to complete guest satisfaction, colleague welfare, and profit margins.

1. Directly responsible for the restaurant area, ensuring a smooth running, profitable operation within the framework of the hotel.
2. Responsible to maintain the overall welfare of our colleagues by providing them with the training and resources to take care of our guests.
3. Achieve departmental budget goals by maintaining profits through increased sales revenue and the efficient cost expenditure.
4. Be responsible for the monthly department Profit & Loss Statement.
5. Perform any duties assigned by the Management deemed necessary.
