The Work You'll Do
- Resolve technical issues related to Tally integration, troubleshooting across various customer use cases.
- Work closely with customers across India to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions for Tally software.
- Provide training, demos, and support on Tally software functionalities and integrations.
- Address customer queries regarding product demographics, reporting, and customization needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for improvements and updates to Tally-related products and processes.
- Ensure that Tally software configurations meet GST and taxation requirements, assisting clients with relevant compliance.

1. Educational Qualification: Any graduate.
2. Technical Expertise: Strong experience in Tally software, including troubleshooting, integration, and customization.
3. GST & Taxation Knowledge: Understanding of GST and taxation processes in Tally (preferred).
4. Languages: Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English.
5. Customer Orientation: Ability to engage directly with customers, comprehend their needs, and deliver effective solutions.
