In this role, you'll:
You'll play a key role in managing end to end recruitment processes in partnership with Hiring Managers and Stakeholders to identify top talent in a dynamic, agile, and fast-paced work environment. You will lead Recruitment activity to support the large-scale reform program being implemented across Transport. Therefore, your ability to manage multiple activities at once, your attention to detail and your high level of customer service will be critical.
You will be expected to provide a highly engaging experience by building deep relationships with business leaders and ensuring you understand their unique role requirements and organisational culture. You will act as a trusted advisor by providing market insights and offering innovative sourcing solutions to identify and engage a diverse range of suitable candidates, whilst ensuring compliance and quality in the recruitment process.
About you
You’ll have previous experience ideally recruiting within the engineering, construction sectors and have worked within large, complex matrix environments to support business outcomes through the identification of talent.
Your flair for managing through complexity and linking talent, learning and business outcomes, will see you shine in this role.
