Job Description

Position Summary: In partnership with TA/HR Leadership, the Talent Specialist (TS) will implement recruitment strategies that provide a best-in-class candidate experience, providing full cycle support from the initial sourcing/application phase through offer. The TS will partner with hiring managers to evaluate skill levels, drive interview best practices, negotiate competitive offers, document selection activity, and disposition all candidates. Establishing stakeholder partnerships deeply rooted in trust and collaboration is essential. The TS will proactively develop and mine talent pipelines to produce a slate of high-quality candidates by utilizing enhanced social media sourcing techniques, networking, prescreening, and interviewing. The TS will serve as a subject matter expert by developing a strong foundation related to BILH business operations and workforce market data, providing insight to leadership and stakeholders to improve performance to meet/exceed goals.

What You'll Do

Lead the Recruitment Process

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned business areas
  • Partner with hiring managers on candidate screening and selection
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies
  • Prepare and negotiate employment offers

Source Top Talent

  • Identify active and passive candidates through:
  • ATS searches
  • Social media platforms
  • Networking and direct outreach
  • Recruitment and community events
  • Collaborate with TA leadership on innovative sourcing strategies
  • Support workforce recruitment initiatives

Assess and Recommend Candidates

  • Conduct phone screens, interviews, and candidate evaluations
  • Present qualified candidates and recommendations to hiring managers
  • Advocate for an exceptional candidate experience aligned with BILH's WE CARE values

Build Partnerships

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders
  • Provide guidance on BILH hiring practices, policies, and procedures
  • Partner with HR colleagues and Centers of Excellence
  • Support internal talent development and career growth

Drive Results

  • Maintain accurate vacancy and recruitment data
  • Monitor talent market trends and hiring insights
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment standards and service level expectations
  • Represent BILH at job fairs, open houses, and college recruiting events

Required Qualifications

✅ High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred

✅ 1-3 years of recruitment or relevant experience required

✅ High-volume recruitment experience preferred

✅ Prior experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS)

✅ Workday experience highly preferred

✅ General knowledge of current employment laws and practices

Pay Range:

$75,000.00 USD - $105,000.00 USD

The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
