Job Description

Remotely helps companies build better products faster by enabling them to hire engineers abroad in Latin America and soon, all around the world. We help companies scale faster and outperform the competition with remote engineering talent.

We do this, both by sourcing top engineers for your team and also managing all of the backend HR and admin that´s associated with hiring a team abroad.

The Talent Specialist is the person in charge of interviewing candidates sourced by a TSO (Talent Sourcer) and reporting the info collected and general perception of the prospect.

Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines to supply our startup's needs. You will be in charge of screening candidates and defining who is suitable to join our network and working closely with Talent Managers in order to create strong pipelines.

What you will be doing

  • Review calendar appointments on a daily basis, analyzing the candidates that have scheduled calls.
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details
  • Interview talent following Remotely Works culture and good practices
  • Create a report of the interview on our ATS, making sure all the necessary information is available
  • Analyzing if the candidate should be included in the network and evaluating them
  • Make sure candidates understand Remotely.Works value proposition
  • Follow up on candidates that have not attended the scheduled call
  • Make sure candidates hired in the network are sourced for an opportunity
  • Give feedback to the team regarding the quality of candidates being interviewed
  • Participate in Talent meetings to give feedback on processes, improvements, needs
