About the Role

The Talent Specialist is a key member of YETI’s European Talent team, serving as afrontline Talent partner for managers and employeesin the UK while supportingregional Talent Acquisition and core Talent processes

The Talent Specialist balancesTalent Acquisition support, employee and manager advisory, and operational execution , acting as atrusted, proactive partner who independently manages most inquiries while identifying risks early and escalating as appropriate.

What You'll Do

Manager & Employee Support

  • Provide day-to-day Talent guidance to managers across varying levels, including support on performance conversations, feedback, and team-related matters

  • Serve as a primary Talent contact for employees, resolving common inquiries independently with sound judgment

  • Build effective working relationships within assigned teams to support engagement and consistency in Talent practices

Employee Relations Support

  • Support employee relationsmatterswith guidance, including issue intake, documentation, and escalation preparation

  • Identify early risks or trends and escalate appropriately toTBPs or senior Talent leadership

  • Ensure fair, consistent, and compliant handling of employee matters in line with policy and local regulations

Talent Acquisition & Regional Recruiting Support

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to support hiring across the UK and broader EMEA region

  • Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, and hiring logistics to ensurea seamlesscandidate experience

  • Support sourcing activities, talent research, and pipeline development for key roles

  • Provide guidance tohiringmanagers on interview processes and best practices

  • Step in to support recruiting priorities during peak hiring periods

Talent Process Execution

  • Support execution of annual and cyclical Talent processes (e.g., performance management, engagement surveys, onboarding)

  • Drive completion through tracking, reminders, follow-ups, and manager Q&A support

  • Ensure managers are equipped to effectively participate in Talent programs

Onboarding & Employee Experience

  • Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure a smooth, engaging, and compliant new-hire experience

  • Partner with HR Operations and cross-functional teams to delivera consistentemployee experience

  • Identify and implement improvements to onboarding and early employee engagement

Data, Insights & Reporting

  • Prepare and maintain Talent data to supportTBP discussions and workforce insights

  • Track key metrics and highlight trends related to engagement, performance, hiring, and employee relations

  • Use data to inform improvements and support decision-making

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Partner with HR Operations and Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to deliver aligned, high-quality Talent support

  • Ensure consistency in policy application, process execution, and employee experience across regions

  • Support regional Talent initiatives and projects as needed

Process Excellence & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation across Talent systems

  • Ensure compliance with UK employment law, GDPR, and internal policies

  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency, scalability, and user experience

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in HR, Talent, or Recruiting (ideally with exposure to both generalist and TA work)

  • Experience supporting managers and employees directly in a fast-paced environment

  • Foundational knowledge of employee relations practices and HR policies

  • Experience with recruiting processes and talent lifecycle programs

  • Familiarity with HR systems and ATS platforms

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Clear and confident communication skills with the ability to guide and influence stakeholders

  • Experience supporting UK or broader EMEA populations preferred

  • Must be able to work a hybrid schedule in the Bristol office

  • Must have the right to work in the UK at the time of application
