Human ResourcesThe Corporate Training Specialist at CF Industries is responsible for supporting and executing enterprise learning initiatives with a strong emphasis on Learning Management System (LMS) administration, digital content development, and end-to-end training coordination. This role plays a critical part in delivering seamless, scalable learning experiences by managing logistics, troubleshooting technical issues, and developing maintaining engaging eLearning content that supports leadership and professional development and compliance training across the enterprise.
Job Attributes:
Estimated base pay for the position is typically between: $84,000 - $111,500.
The actual base pay for the position may be influenced by factors such as education, training, skills, qualifications, competencies, years of experience, job-related knowledge, and scope of the role, and could be outside of the posted pay range.
