About the Opportunities

• Proactively source candidates for academic or professional roles across a large, complex university environment using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and talent mapping techniques

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles, ensuring a warm bench of engaged candidates

• Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Partners to understand role requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies

• Contribute to employer brand activity by delivering a considered, consistent candidate experience from first contact

About You

• Demonstrated experience in direct sourcing within either a corporate, agency, or in-house recruitment environment

• Proficiency with sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems (preferably PageUp)

• Strong ability to engage passive candidates with clear, compelling outreach

• Familiarity with sourcing for either specialist professional or academic/research roles within a large organisation or tertiary institution

• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously without losing quality

• A collaborative approach and genuine curiosity about the people behind the résumé
