Job Description

The Talent Sourcing Specialist is responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of qualified candidates. This role works upstream of the recruiter team, focusing on passive candidate outreach and pipeline development.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively source passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed resume database, and other sourcing channels for hard-to-fill and high-volume roles
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines and candidate pools within our CXM (candidate relationship management platform) for recurring and anticipated openings
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring leaders to determine current and forecasted staffing needs
  • Craft and send personalized outreach campaigns/InMails to engage passive candidates and nurture ongoing relationships with prospects
  • Screen initial candidate interest and qualifications before handing off warm leads to recruiters
  • Monitor and report on sourcing channel performance (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, CXM) to identify where system-level investment is most effective
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records and pipeline stages within the CXM and iCIMS ATS
  • Stay current on sourcing best practices, Boolean search techniques, and market/competitor talent trends within healthcare
  • Support employer branding efforts in coordination with Marketing, ensuring sourcing outreach is consistent with system-wide messaging

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required. Comparable combinations of education and experience considered.

Required Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or a related talent acquisition role
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and/or other sourcing/CRM platforms
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (iCIMS preferred)
  • Strong written communication skills for candidate outreach and relationship-building
  • Ability to manage multiple pipelines and priorities across a large, multi-facility organization
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with recruiters, facility leaders, and marketing

Preferred Experience

  • Experience sourcing for healthcare or other clinical/technical roles
  • Experience working within a CXM or candidate relationship management platform
  • Familiarity with Indeed’s employer tools (sponsored jobs, resume search)
