Ideal candidates will possess over 3 years of experience in sourcing, whether in an agency setting or an in-house recruiting position.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, accompanied by a proven interest in Human Resources
Requirements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal Talent Acquisition Managers to fully comprehend the needs of client groups and the profiles of desired candidates
- Conduct research and advanced talent searches targeting passive candidates using social media, job boards, our ATS, and external networks across diverse global locations
- Identify, screen, evaluate talent, and effectively promote the opportunities available at Rimini Street
- Provide detailed written feedback to Talent Acquisition Managers regarding candidate skills, suitability, and compensation expectations
- Explore and implement innovative and creative strategies for candidate identification
- Proactively build and sustain a candidate pipeline to address both current and future recruitment needs
- Develop sourcing strategies tailored to required skills, roles, and geographical locations
- Leverage social media platforms to market job openings, attract suitable candidates, and cultivate online communities of target talent
Additional Duties and Responsibilities
- Support interview scheduling as needed.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, internet search engines, LinkedIn Recruiter, and comprehensive knowledge of web-based recruitment strategies
- A self-starting attitude with strong written communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience collaborating with Recruiters and hiring managers to develop effective sourcing strategies
- Excellent research and sourcing capabilities with a strong ability to execute thorough search strategies
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, a demonstrated sense of urgency, and the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
- Confidently handles confidential information with professionalism
- Effective communicator who is energetic, enthusiastic, and adaptable
- Good understanding of business objectives and requirements
- Ability to initiate and implement sourcing strategies for each open position
- Works closely with Senior Recruiters to proactively source top talent in the market
- Builds and maintains a CV pipeline aligned with current openings and future skills forecasts
- Utilizes innovative methods, media, and technology to find the right candidates
- Promotes career opportunities at Rimini to prospective candidates
- Engages potential candidates by delivering exceptional candidate experiences
- Actively gathers market intelligence to gain a competitive edge in attraction, assessment, and sourcing techniques
