Role Purpose

The Talent Sourcing Researcher sits at the heart of our recruitment engine. Your job is to work through large volumes of data — candidate databases, job boards, LinkedIn, and our ATS — to identify, map, and surface the right people for the live roles our senior recruiters are working on.

You will partner closely with Senior Recruitment Consultants, building the talent pipelines that turn a brief into a shortlist. This is a data-led, research-heavy role and the ideal entry point into recruitment: no prior experience needed, just curiosity, sharp attention to detail, and the persistence to dig until you find the right match.

Key Responsibilities

AI-Powered Sourcing & Productivity

- Use AI sourcing and matching tools to scan large datasets and surface the best-fit candidates fast

- Use AI to draft and personalise outreach, summarise CVs, and accelerate screening — always with a human check

- Continuously experiment with new AI tools and share what works with the team

- Apply strong judgement to validate AI output: verify facts, remove bias, and protect candidate data

Data-Led Sourcing & Talent Mapping

- Work through large candidate datasets across LinkedIn, job boards, and the Manatal ATS to identify suitable candidates for open positions

- Build, clean, and maintain candidate longlists and shortlists against active job requirements

- Map target companies, competitor organisations, and talent pools to uncover hard-to-find candidates

- Keep candidate records, tags, and pipeline stages accurate and up to date in Manatal

Candidate Engagement & Screening

- Run first-stage screening calls to assess suitability, availability, and salary expectations

- Collect and verify candidate information: CVs, qualifications, and right-to-work documentation

Supporting the Senior Recruiters

- Partner with Senior Recruitment Consultants to understand each brief and prioritise sourcing effort

- Prepare candidate packs and interview briefings ahead of client submissions

- Help coordinate interview logistics: scheduling, confirmations, and reminders

- Share market insights, search findings, and pipeline updates in team meetings

Qualifications & Requirements

Essential

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline

- Strong communication skills in Thai (native) and English (working proficiency)

- Comfortable working with data and technology: Microsoft Office, online research, and search tools

- Enthusiastic about using AI tools to work smarter

- Highly detail-oriented with strong organisational skills, with the judgement to sense-check AI output

- Self-motivated with a proactive, can-do attitude

- Genuine interest in people and in building a career in recruitment

- Able to stay focused and accurate when working through high volumes of information

Desirable (Not Required)

- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or AI sourcing assistants

- An interest in IT, technology, or specific industry sectors

- Previous experience in research, data entry, customer service, or any people-facing role
