Role Impact
As a Talent Sourcing Coordinator, you’ll work with the Global Talent Acquisition team to source, review, and shortlist exceptional talent across business functions worldwide.
You’ll support ZURU’s global hiring by understanding role requirements, researching candidates, and building strong pipelines to improve hiring speed and quality.
This role suits someone who enjoys research, collaborates well, and is motivated to make a real impact.
Roles & Responsibilities
📌Build and maintain accurate candidate pipelines in relevant tools (ATS, MS Office), ensuring profiles are well organised and ready for review by the global TA team.
📌Source top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Google, AI tools, and other research methods.
📌Review and shortlist candidate profiles, focusing on fit, potential, and alignment with ZURU’s standards.
📌Stay up to date with sourcing trends, LinkedIn updates, market insights, and new tools.
📌Contribute ideas and feedback to improve sourcing practices and collaboration across teams.
📌Work closely with the Global Talent Acquisition team to build pipelines and support hiring projects.
📌Maintain reports and updates to support data-driven hiring decisions.
Skills & Experience
✔1 year in Talent Acquisition, Talent Sourcing, Market Research, Talent Internships or equivalent ✔Genuine interest in Talent Acquisition & Sourcing ✔Strong written and verbal English communication skills to work with global counterparts ✔Collaborative and proactive, with strong ownership ✔Positive, curious and research-driven ✔Quick learner, a problem solver, adaptable and open to new challenges. ✔Resourceful and comfortable learning new tools and systems ✔Resilient and motivated, able to manage high-volume pipelines and stay focused under pressure.
