This is not a coordination role.
This is a role for someone who creates movement.
What you will actually do
Build high-signal candidate pipelines (not just volume)
Identify real performers — not polished profiles
Screen for evidence of output, ownership, and impact
Present candidates through clear, decision-ready briefs
Drive hiring processes forward with speed and precision
Remove friction and improve the recruitment funnel
What success looks like
Strong candidates entering the pipeline every week

Fast processes without lowering the quality bar
High conversion from screening → hire
