We are looking for a motivated Junior to Mid-Level Talent Sourcer to support our recruitment team by focusing on candidate sourcing, outreach, and pipeline building
Contract is Minimum 3 months.
Possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
Requirements
1–4 years of experience in recruitment or sourcing
Fluency in French or Dutch + English
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience with LinkedIn sourcing (Boolean is a plus)
2 days onsite in Avenue Louise 65, Box 11, 1050 Bruxelles (Ixelles)
