Responsibilities

• Source candidates on LinkedIn and
• Call candidates
• (e.g. Software Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps)
• Conduct outreach and interviews to understand their career goals
• Guide candidates through the hiring process, from first contact to offer
• Collaborate with Account Managers who handle the client side
• Build long-term relationships and become a trusted advisor

• In your work, we will slowly stretch your responsibilities toward the client-side, allowing you to grow experience for eventual promotion to full 360° consultant

Compensation & benefits

• 3,000-4,000 MYR
• Uncapped commission
